Once you have signed the proposal and paid the first deposit (the final test to make sure neither of us are sketchy) we will start onboarding and strategy development.

Based on the strategy, we determine the monthly channels we will run for your business. This includes monthly reporting and meetings to touch base and change plans as the data indicates.

1. What marketing tactics will be implemented each month?
We create a tailored strategy according to your business goals detailing the different tactics we will implement each month. Typical tactics include social media management, email marketing, content creation, SEO optimization, paid advertising, and analytics reporting.
2. Are there any additional costs beyond the retainer fee?
This retainer excludes ad spend which is flexible according to your budget. (This is the amount we pay directly to Google/Meta/etc. to push your ads to your target audience)
Additional costs may also arise if you request extra services outside the scope of the retainer, such as custom design work for an upcoming event or unplanned advertsing for a last-minute webinar for example. We usually charge an ad hoc rate of $70 per hour for additional requests outside of the retainer.
3. What if I need extra marketing help during the month?
If you have additional requests that aren’t covered by the retainer, we can discuss adding them on a case-by-case basis. We strive to be flexible and will work with you to accommodate your needs, whether it’s a one-time project or an adjustment to your monthly plan.

4. How long do I need to commit to a retainer?
Our retainers are designed for long-term partnerships to drive consistent results, but we offer flexible terms. We recommend a minimum of six months to one year to see the full impact of our strategies.
5. What if I want to cancel my retainer?
You can’t… just joking 😉
We understand circumstances can change. You can cancel your retainer with a calendar month’s notice. We’ll wrap up any ongoing work and ensure a smooth transition.
6. How do you measure the success of the marketing efforts?
We use a variety of metrics to track performance, including website traffic, engagement rates, lead generation, conversion rates, and more.
You’ll have access to live reporting dashboards where you can check on your campaign analytics anytime!
We will also communicate how your campaigns are performing, along with recommendations for ongoing improvement each month.
